EAC Convention 2026 - Athens
The European Airshow Council (EAC) is thrilled to announce that the 2026 European Airshow Council Convention will take place in the historic and vibrant capital of Athens, Greece, from February 25th to 27th, 2026. This Convention will return to the Royal Olympic Hotel, the venue that successfully hosted the 2019 Convention, offering a familiar and welcoming atmosphere for delegates.
The EAC is delighted to welcome Aeropact as our lead partner for the convention, alongside Athens Flying Week as our main supporting partner. Together, we aim to enhance the convention experience and foster meaningful connections among industry professionals, performers, and enthusiasts.
The three-day convention will feature a variety of engaging sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities tailored specifically for airshow organizers, performers, and aviation stakeholders. Attendees can expect a robust program that showcases the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the airshow industry.

Additionally, please find hereunder the payment terms & cancellation policy that will apply for the participants:
Payment terms:
1. A credit card is mandatory for every reservation, which will be charged with a one night’s deposit on 24/01/2026 (non-refundable).
2. Settlement of the final account of each guest will be effected upon departure either by credit card or cash.
Cancellation policy:
1. For any cancellation until 23/01/2026, no cancellation fees will apply.
2. For any cancellation from 24/01/2026 and until 72 hours prior to arrival, the participants will be charged with one night’s cancellation fees (deposit).
3. Within the last 72 hours prior to arrival for any cancellation or reduction of stay or Non-Show, the participants will be charged with full cancellation fees of the cancelled nights (total amount of their reservation).
