The EAC is a not for profit organisation and therefore welcomes support from businesses and organisations to assist with the costs of running the organisation and wider EAC activities. In return we will ensure that we give your brand the best exposure we can through our media, social media, convention and website output.

Convention & EAC Partner Opportunities
Becoming a Partner to the EAC ensures year-round benefits for your brand, business or organisation. Much of the brand exposure will come during the main convention, with a reach to 35 nations, through physical attendance, pre-convention information materials and social media engagement. Post Convention your support will be recognised within regular newsletters, advertorials and on our website as well as periodical reports and published materials.
We are pleased to offer a tiered system of partnership agreements with various benefits, these can also be discussed further and tailored to your needs.
Convention Event Sponsorship Opportunities
Official Opening Reception
The official drinks reception to start the annual convention, which includes both drinks and evening buffet for all delegates. 3000.00 Euros. Includes 1 Complimentary Convention Place.
Coffee and Networking Sessions
A key part of the convention really does focus around the coffee breaks, where the networking and discussion takes place. There are a number of breaks with Coffee, cakes and light bites throughout the 2 days of the convention. Each can be sponsored separately or collectively. Individually each break is 1000 Euros or 4000Euros for all planned breaks.
Gala Dinner Drinks Reception
The official start to the annual Airshow Gala dinner, started will a bit of fizz and sparkle. Our pre Dinner drinks to gather all together prior to the main dinner of the convention.
3000.00 Euros. Includes 1 Complimentary Convention Place.
Gala Dinner
The main networking and social event of the convention, a chance to spend the evening in great company, allowing us to celebrate those who the EAC will recognise in our official Awards ceremony, Grand Prize Draw and more. The Gala Dinner will be named after your organisation, with menu cards bearing your company branding and 2 complimentary Convention places are included.
5000 Euros or 7000 Euros when combined with the Pre Dinner drinks receptions (will include a 3rd convention places also)
Lunch Partner
After the Gala Dinner the main Lunch break on the main convention day is another great networking opportunity during the business day. Your materials will feature in the dining area, EAC Flash newsletter and a complimentary place for the convention will be offered.
